GEMINI's Design and Drafting Division holds the rare distinction of being the only architectural division in the world to be accessed CMMI Level 3. The Design and Drafting Division is in charge of designing and drafting of production drawings based on the design intent sketches from clients.
The production processes are streamlined and monitored by Quality Assurance Group to provide quality products to the clients. The division is also appreciated for its management policy, the method of backing up, and archiving drawings. Delivery mode is specially designed to provide the client to have easy access to the whole project database or to the specific drawing sheet through web or FTP. The final product consists of the CAD model with Xref files and the Plot Ready Sheets. The graphic and layering standard are adopted for preparing production drawings as per the client requirements.
